All events begin or take place at the Carriage House Visitor Center unless otherwise specified.
State Park Parking Fee: On summer Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day, there is a State Park parking fee of $5 for New Jersey-registered vehicles and $7 for non-New Jersey-registered vehicles. Oversized vehicles (vehicles that occupy more than one normal parking space, including vehicles with trailers, RVs, etc.) are charged double the normal rate. At all other times, parking is free.
Skylands is a carry-in, carry-out State Park facility. Please carry your trash and litter back out with you and dispose of it properly.
Remember, no pets, picnics, alcohol, balls, frisbees, nor lawn games are permitted in the Botanical Garden.

Carriage House Concert: Abbie Gardner. Singer and dobro player Abbie Gardner brings you contemporary folk at its best, with Craig Akin on upright bass.. In the Carriage House Visitor Center. Tickets: $15 in advance + $1.75 per ticket handling fee, available at http://www.skylands-association.ticketleap.com/gardner (opens in new window). $18 day of show at the door if any tickets are left. Limited to the first 75 responders.

Annual Membership Meeting. All NJBG members and interested parties are invited to attend the Association's Annual Meeting. There'll be a review of last year's activities and a description of plans for 2017. New Board members will also be elected. If you would like to nominate a candidate for the Board of Directors, please contact the NJBG office at 973-962-9534.

Audubon Fall Nature Walk. Join us as we walk through the garden and fields looking for the many wonderful birds, berries and plants that populate the gardens in autumn. Meet at the Carriage House. Rain or snow cancels. Free.
Presented by the Bergen County Audubon Society.

Skylands Manor Tours. NJBG volunteer docents lead visitors on a tour of the architecture and history of Skylands Manor. Fee: $7 adults; $5 seniors and students ages 13-18; $3 ages 6-12; free under 6.
- November 19 (Saturday), 10 am & 1 pm
Wreath-Making Workshops. An annual tradition at NJBG! In these two workshops you'll learn how to assemble and decorate wreaths to grace your home, using a variety of fresh and dried materials. As you learn, you'll make a wreath to take home with you. Materials provided; bring clippers and any special ribbon or decorations you might wish to use. Reservations required. Fee: $30 members, $35 non-members.
- November 20 (Sunday), 1 pm
Family Woodland Hike. An easy, child-friendly hike in the Garden's woodlands, where you'll learn a bit about the plants and animals around you in a hike designed to fit the group. Smaller children may need to be carried. Wear sturdy shoes, meet at the Carriage House Visitor Center. Rain cancels. Free.

Holiday Open House at Skylands Manor. The Manor will be decorated floor to ceiling for your enjoyment. It's a warm and welcoming start to the holiday season with a totally different look every year! Gift Shop and Holiday Café, too.

HOH Daytime Tours. Enjoy a self-guided tour of the splendid decorations at your own pace. $10/adults; $8/seniors; $5/children 6-12; under 6 free. No baby strollers allowed in the Manor. Last ticket sold at 4p.
- December 1 & 2 (Thursday & Friday), 10 am-4 pm
HOH Group Tours. Bring your group to enjoy this holiday delight together. Please call (973) 962-9534 for details.
- December 2 & 3 (Friday & Saturday), 6 pm-8 pm
HOH Evening Receptions. The Manor will be yours for a leisurely stroll with wine, light refreshments and valet parking. Reservations required. $40/members; $45/guests and non-members. Individual, senior and student members may buy 1 ticket for any evening at the special member price, Family and other member categories may buy 2 tickets at the special member price. Tickets available at 973-962-9534 and online.
Come visit often for a constantly-changing display of color and bloom sure to cheer your heart. The Botanical Garden is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm Garden admission is always free. $5 per New Jersey-registered car parking fee on summer weekends and holidays (weekends, Memorial Day to Labor Day), $7 for out-of-state registered cars. Oversized vehicles (including trailers and RVs) pay double. Weekday parking is free.
...are offered on Sunday afternoons, March through November. Knowledgeable docents will introduce you to the architecture and history of beautiful Skylands Manor. Adults: $7; Seniors: $5; Students 13-18: $5; Children 6-12: $3; Under 6: Free. Please check the calendar for exact dates and times.

VOLUNTEER IN THE GARDEN
